You debt collectors are nothing but low lifes, taking shots at people who are in tough situations. No one expected to be out of a job, no one expected to have a loss in business, no one expected to make a decision in either pay bills or feed your family. I hope you collectors face the challenges we face, turn the table and maybe you scum bags will get a dose of our situations. We all paid our bills before, how the fu*k do you think we got credit? PEOPLE, don't let these scum bag bill collectors ruin your day. Record your phone calls, (makew sure you let them know you are recording them). Look up then fair credit act ( Info is on the internet, use fair credit as keywords) Sue them if they violate your rights, make them pay for their sleazy tactics. Don't let them intimediate you.Better days are ahead for all of us, stay strong, this too shall pass. You will rebound,
i work for zwicker....all u say were scumbags but were just doing our jobs. calling you guys who dont pay ur bills. if you cant afford it dont buy it. I know the economy is bad but that doesnt mean u dont have to pay your bills so before you go off on us remember we HAVEEEE jobs and we pay our bills so dont speak to us like we are below you because were actually above you...some of us make up too 100k a year just calling you deadbeats...whether you pay or not we sleep soundly at night.and good luck with your countersuit...you owe money you have to pay if you do get any money out of the suit itll be used to pay me for doing my job
You my friend, are lying. What you said is NOT true. Look up the definition of secured/unsecured. Simply filing suit does not make a debt secured, unless the defendant has pledged property against it.
iam with a debit reduction company and zwicker called today and said they do not work with any reduction companys and are going to sue me if i dont pay. has any one else gone throught this and what has come out of it?
I just received a phone call from them and told them that they need to contact my debt relieve company. I was paying my credit card bill with no problem and then the credit card company jacked up the interest rate and then I couldnt afford it. I always paid my bills, with the economic down turn things are tight. I sent countless correspondence to the credit card company explaining the situation and to contact the debt relieve company. I see that they never did. It is a loop that nevers ends. Even if this goes to court or settles out of court any judge will see that I handled it the right way. I have all the paperwork showing that money comes out of my checking acct and is put aside to pay the debt. I even have points of contact with the debt relieve company who will fight for me.
Real intelligent, calling someone a dead beat, you know nothing about, a very ignorant statement, common among scum bags, (not saying you are one, I don't know you.) I'm really glad you are able to sleep at night....just not so sure I'm glad you wake up!(Good luck with the $100K thing, something tells me you're not one of them that make that)
waste their time calling me, there is nothing to get, no job, no $$$, no assets, fighting cancer.glad they are wasting their time, they follow no rules, they have no ethics they need to be sued.
FYI to all of you who are bitching about the "deadbeats" working for Zwicker. No I don't work there but I do work for a bank. And let me give you a little information. Once an account has been charged off it is charged off. The company that you owe the money to doesn't want to mess with it. They sell it to a collection agency. Who then turns around and collects on it. However, that will stay on your credit for 7 years. If you are wanting to buy anything including a house, you will have to pay it. Right now it's close to impossible to purchase a home with anything less than about a 650 FICO score. If you want to buy a house my suggestion is to pay it because if you don't, the mortgage company will make you pay it before they approve your home loan. And if you think bankruptcy is the answers. Go ahead, try it. Working for a bank, I understand that things happen. The last thing I want to happen is for you not to pay your account. But I don't care if you pay it or not, you're the one that has to live with the consequences not me. And I'm not the deadbeat, I have a job. And I do without sometimes just so I can PAY MY BILLS!!!!
