I keep getting calls for some unknown person and the zwicker a$$wipes keep telling me that they will remove my number. Yet the calls keep coming. I now simply behave at least as rude as these dipsticks and vent my feelings on them. It is definitely theraputic for me to wish various maladies on them and listen to their frustration as I hang up before they can complete their retort. [***] 'em!

Do you feel no obligation to pay back the money you took or follow a contract you put your signature on? Who is less honorable, you or the people doing their jobs?

Uh David, Yes Massachusetts collection agency can sue someone in Oh, they have more than one location. They have them all over the US, including one in Kentucky which if you can read a map is directly across the river from Oh. All they have to do is drive here. Not only that, they can petition the court in their area & sue someone in OH, or hire a lawyer here to do it for them.

Sometimes is it in your best interest to file bankruptcy which is fine. Although if your comment was to make Z and A employees mad, it wont happen. Actually it makes our job easier, because we know who has the ability to pay and who doesnt and we can move on to an account that might actually recover money for our client.

John Whalen and Chris Brown called me harrassing me and screaming, literally screaming at me about my credit card account from this number. They had me crying and scared to death. I have been through you know what this year and so has my family, we have lost just about everything. These people NEED TO BE STOPPED. I am considering filing a harrassing law suit against these individuals myself. It is an absolute shame that there are CRIMINALS OUT THERE LIKE THIS IN THIS DAY AND TIME. And for the any company that uses them, God be with them. They are horrible human beings.

Don't they have to notify you before they garnish your wages or put a lein on your bank account? A court date or something so you can get an attorney?

I always paid my bills and had good credit until I lost my job due to the housing crisis. I never said I didn't want to pay. I didn't have any money to pay, but I don't have to worry about the calls any more now. I met with a Bk attorney today (family friend) and I don't have to stress anymore. Now the collectors won't get anything. The collector was not too happy when I gave her my attorney's info!!!!!!!!
