I also received a computer generated VM saying they were going to start legal proceedings against me. Sounds da like a scam

In the last two days these scammers have relentlessly been calling our landline here in Canada. We see that it's them on the call display so we don't answer the phone, but 5 minutes later they call back and it's usually very early in the morning.
