I received the same call as everyone else. They that they will issue a court order against me and call my work and tell them also. Just hang up on these people. They are the scum of the earth.
just got a call from these morons, they left message saying samething to they've said to everyone else, restraing order or should I say blah blah blah. These jerks and assorted other ones have been calling me for YEARS. Ive guven them my address, waited for them to show up and serve me with papers at my former residences, etc, they are SCAMMERS. Wish they would get a life and leave me alone and leave everyone else alone. Maybe they bother people cuz they've all lost their jobs and are down on their luck, well so have I, that's no excuse to harass people.
Jus received a threatening call saying there is a restraining order against me and if I don't respond he is going to call my employer to verify employment go figure!!!!
Received UNKNOWN call from 216-644-1249 Oct.2, 2013 saying "restraining order, call employer, etc." I pressed 9 and a male came online, told him I knew this was a scam and to stop calling my number!
Received a call from an "Unknown" # stating his name was Charles Snide and that I had a Payday loan that there were charging me with Fraud for they were able to read me my SS# and he stated that they were sueing me for an ungodly amount and the contact info was from a place i lived at longer then 5 years ago and I asked what attorneys office they were calling from he would not give me the information the only thing that i was able to get was the phone # (216-644-1249) if I chose to settle and pay only $500.00. When I tried to call the number back it says its Allied Litigations Group and the mailbox is full. Surprise another scam \ fraud
I got a call from this number too!!! I am not sure if this is for real or not. But from the posts that I saw that this is a scam.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
