It's only incoming text on my bill. Still don't know what it is. But it seems like something new since it's only being noticed this week.
That is how they are charging your phone bill for useage on the app. Check for an app that looks like stock market data on an I pad or lap top , it's also associated with several porn sites and look for a Rusdian Beauty. It's how they are communicating
