Got a missed call from this number. After reading here, I looked up PayPal's phone number on their website I log on to and called them. I gave them the number that called and they said it was a legit PayPal number and they were verifing a large payment I just did. She looked up the notes where he said he'd call back later also. It's a legit number.

This was recorded on my online banking statements. and i am not even registered with paypal???? and no-one had tryed to call me, as a few of u have explained. Can any1 help me with explaining how and y i was targeted by this wen i never have had anything to do with them?there was two debits from my bank, both $22.70, and within 10 minutes of eachother

THEY ARE LEGIT!! I received a call on my home phone just a little while ago from this number. Caller ID said PayPal Inc. The woman, Gwendolyn, asked for me, by first and last name. Already on guard, I replied, "Speaking". First thing she said was that the call may be recorded for training purposes and then asked to verify who I was by asking for my email address. I told her I didn't do these things over the phone. She asked if she could send me an email stating her purpose for calling. I simply said sure and hung up. A couple of minutes later I received the email. They just wanted to confirm recent activity on my account because of a payment that transpired this morning. I am naturally skeptical due to my line of work so I read through the entire email and called the 888 number from the PayPal site to confirm the phone number I received a call from was a legitimate PayPal number. It is.

I had a charge on my credit card from PAYPAL *GSKODINSKI 402-935-7733 , CA It is apparently a scam because I don't any transaction on my Paypal account.

Received a call on this number on my cell phone. I was not able to answer it in time and then checked the number as it was unknown.

This is one of several fax and telephone numbers used by a criminal organization that calls itself PCSolve USA or Bizness Solutions. The principal of the organization calls himself Justin orJeremy or Tony Garay. He calls and tells me that Microsoft has let him know that I have someserious problems with my software. He will help me. Unbelievably now, I let him guide me into my computer. He has me enter AMMYY into a search box and has me click "I accept." He now has access to everything on my desktop. At one point he tells me that the technician can now repair my computer and I need not stay on the phone. "Comeback in an hour and your computer will be fixed."Another number that he uses is 1 - 888 - 414 - 6417. He gives a customer service phone as (305) 925-0791, An address in Miami, FL is 18495 South Dixie Highway, Suite 121.He has harassed me and my family on several occasions.JPMorgan Chase refunded my $ 395.00 today. . . 3/25/2012
