These characters are operating as part of the ring that collects your used clothing under the umbrella name of the charity, then they sell it for whopping big bucks overseas to third world countries, and they give a pittance commission to the charity in question.according to the tv expose on W5, the operation is run by organized factions, it is a multi-billion dollar a year industry and if you think your chairty is really benefitting, think again.
