I told Citibank Universal, when they repeatedly kept calling for my son, that I had turned them over to the state attorney's office for prosecution for harrasement on their phone calls. In this state, it is illegal, even if you owe money. Which I don't.

they call my house every 4 or5 times a day and when I answer they are not there. I called the number and an asian man answered and said he never called my number

I think you are right about it being from a collections dept from sears.

I'm tired of receiving a call from 5023477999 on my personal cell. This must stop.

I keep getting calls from 502-357-7999 at least once a day, or more. The call goes to voice mail because I leave my phone off, but they never leave a voice mail. The last voice mail I got sounded like a man belching, but nothing was said. This is getting old and needs to stop.

When I answer the caller on the other end hangs up every time. Quit calling, this is harrassment, I would get charged by the local authorities if I did this repeatedly.

This number and other similar (502) numbers call me 10-15 times a day, everyday. [***] ridiculous!

First call, they did not leave message on machine. 2nd call, my dad answered the call and they asked for me by my maiden name. My dad told them I wasnt here since I was on my way out the door for work, however they are harrassing w/the calls.
