These people are scammers. Don't give them any personal information.

I don't have and never will have a Macy's credit card. Idiots at the collection site or scammers, makes no difference here.

Every day morning including Sunday 8:25 a.m. they call,sometimes from a similarohio number. You answer and gear a recording stating they are a subsidiary if Macys and bloomingdales. My macy acct is up to date and rarely used..probably zero balance paid online. I usually don't answer but got fed up. A woman came on line after recording and asked for me by name. I just said..please don't call me any more. You call me every morning at 825, I'm sleeping.please I'm asking you nicely..please stop calling me. She asked if I knew who she was. I repeated what the recoding said then repeated many times..please please stop calling me.she asked if I had a Macys acct. I said I don't care about Macys .I'm an old woman.i'm sick. I'm trying to sleep. I'm asking you nicely please to stop calling me. Then she got a rude tone. I interrupted her and said.. you're obviously human, and you speak English. Then I repeated my plea many times until she finally said OK, and I hung up. I keep putting them on my reject list,but they call from another Ohio number. I'm not even speaking to them again. I hope this helps someone. Don't waste your time..there's nothing beneficial in speaking to them.

If they don't leave message it's a scam or it is not important. PERIOD!

Well, I blocked 800-243-8412 so now they are calling from this number. I have NO business relationship with Macy's or Bloomies so they are scammers as far as I am concerned. Perhaps someone put down my cell number as their contact info when they applied for a credit card. Who knows. No message was left by this number when they called at 11:58 am today. I've blocked it now.

Two more calls today: 8:16 am and 12:56 pm. But they were blocked, so I wasn't disturbed by them. The time of the blocked calls shows up in my call record but that's it.

This is a legit credit group calling regarding Macy's. I just got one and the payment I posted online had not processed. They called and I got it straightened out. I would never had known things got bogged up online if they had not called. So if you are getting calls from this number I strongly suggest you give them a call and get whatever it is straightened out. Macy's seems to have some issues with their payment processing. It is true they do not leave messages so I can understand the concern....but it is a legit call and not a scam.

Nope- It's not a scam... I just called the number on the back of my card and found out that you have to link up both cards online... they reversed the late fee. Because I signed up for email statements, I neevr opened the one I got in the mail...
