Yes this phone number had been contacting me like three times a day and seem bossy and says that my account is past due and I have to pay it through her at phone so there will be no charge. Her name is Serrano. I said can I make an appointment pay for this Saturday and I pay online. She said you can pay it nw post dated . She knows my account and possibly employed by Bloomingdales but what makes me wonder is same caller and she calls anytime of the day sometimes 8 0'clock in the morning. That is why I'm a little disappointed with Bloomingdales now on how they collect. And bad qualification for customer assistant of a big company!!!

constant harassing calls from this #, no answer to my hello. When I call back it is Macy's/Bloomingdale's, I do not have a balance. I ended up closing my account because they kept waking me up in the am when I have been sick. Repeated pleas to them to stop calling do nothing. I cannot block their number. I called Macy's corporate 888-622-9793 they say it's a 'courtesy call' but they are harassing their customers. They are also using 513-573-8031, 513-573-8717, 513-754-9863, 727-556-5772. If you have extra minutes on your phone, call them and be silent for five minutes like they do, to tie up their phone lines, it will end up costing them more money so maybe they will stop giving cold calls to customers on the do not call list. You can also report to the local police but I haven't done that yet.

No, No, No..... DO NOT FEED THE TROLL. Do not call this number and the allied numbers. They are indeed practicing what is known as "social engineering", fishing, phishing, con-men, identity thieves, etc. They simply have machines that dial every telephone number, and then if someone answers, the machine automatically marks it as a "live line" which is targeted for further calls that get patched to a person if answered. That persons objective is to get the mark (that's you) to reveal information that can be sold to information brokers. The more you reveal, the more valuable the contact.

It's a criminal calling, Macy's is not affiliated with them, but I'm sure this is an inside job, and a Macy's employee has to be involved......*Report these criminals to your local FBI agency, they are taking reports on these frauds*

I am constantly getting calls from this number. No message but every 15 min the calls come in.

I get quite a few of these calls and I don't owe anyone anything! Sometimes it's as simple as having a common name and they are fishing in the hopes of getting the right one sooner or later. Yes it is extremely annoying and I wish there was something I could do about it short of changing my phone number or my name. They get around the Do Not Call Registry, they use bogus outbound numbers and lets face it, they are not going to stop. So get off your high horse and stop assuming everyone that is complaining here is a deadbeat.

Is is Macy's. They only call when I am late on my charge payment. They don't call for any other reason. If they are calling you, they either have the wrong number or you owe them money.
