Calls at all hours. One time I did pick up person seemed surprised. When I asked who was calling, they said Macys/Bloomingdales credit dept about a bill due. I informed them I do not have, and have never had, a credit card with either of those companies. They also call from #s 513-754-9841 and 727-556-5772. Anyway to report/stop these unauthorized calls?
I have been getting calls at all hours and on weekends from both the 727 and the 513 numbers for several months now. I have my phone set to reject them but the calls continue. I have never answered them becasue I smelled a scam since I don't recognize the numbers and they never leave a message.
This number calls me non stop. They never leave a message and I don't pick up. I don't even have a Macy's account. It's definitely a scam
They are bothering many people for nothing. I hope they not purpose to collect the people's personal informations. They said I own Macy's balance. Its totally wrong. Do not answer them. Do not give them any personal information. Be carefull!!!
I've been getting calls from this number. 1) I don't owe money on my Macy's account. 2) The number calls me several times a day. 2) When I answer, there is no one on the line and I just wait and it hangs up. 3) When I don't answer, they don't even leave a message. Glitch?
I am getting several calls from this number however I donot know who this is. I tell them not to call me and take my number off their list. I have received over four calls a day. I donot have any financial depts nor do I need calls from a number that ask for someone who is not at this number.
There are scam numbers - (513)754-9874, (513)573-8028, (513)754-9852, (513)754-9822 - calling me constantly claiming to be "Macy's". They are harassing me asking for personal information, acct#, social security# etc, which of course I did not give out.I've called Macy's corporate and Macy's has confirmed that this number is a scam and not affiliated with Macy's.I asked the scam people to remove me from their list and to stop calling but they continue to call multiple times a day. - This is against the law.They are ruining Macy's good name and using the brand name to try and con people and do identity theft.When you google the number you can see that there are other people in the country who are also being relentlessly harassed by this scam claiming to be Macy's.

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
