I can't get 513-573-8739 to stop calling me. Solicitor insist on leaving his number to be contacted regarding a personal matter. I have no ties in Ohio (caller id indicates state of Unknown Caller).

I'M GETTING A PHONE CALL EVERY MORNING AT 8:00 SINCE A WEEK THAT AWAKE ME. WHEN I ANSWER, THER'S NO ONE SPEAKING. YESTERDAY MORNING I GOT MAD AND ASKED MY PHONE COMPANY THE NUMBER FROM WHICH I WAS RECEIVING THOSE CALLS AND THEY GAVE ME THAT NUMBER 513-573-8739. I CALLED THAT NUMBER TWICE IN A ROW. THE FIRST CALL I WAS PUT ON HOLD, I CLOSED THE PHONE AND CALLED A SECOND TIME AND ASK THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND THE REASON WHY I WAS GETTING THOSE PHONE CALL EVERY MORNING AT 8:00. THEY ASKED MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AND AFTER GIVING THE INFORMATION I ASKED FOR A SECOND TIME THEIR NAME AND THE REASON FOR THE CALLS THE ANSWER WAS INAUDIBLE, I ASKED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND EACH TIME THE PERSON MUMBLED INTENTIONALLY SO I COULD'NT UNDERSTAND. I FINALLY GOT TIRED AND HANGED UP. I GOT ANOTHER CALL THIS MORNING AT EXACTLY 8:00. IT WOKE ME UP BUT BUT AFTER A FEW RINGS IT STOPPED.

What the [***] is with half the people posting? Are they working with the scammers or are they just extremely gullible and idiotic? THIS NUMBER IS NOT MACYS. IF YOU HAVE A BALANCE ON YOUR MACY'S CARD AND THEY CALL YOU, IT IS PURE COINCIDENCE AND IF YOU GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION YOU HAVE SCREWED YOURSELF OVER BIG TIME. MACYS WOULD NEVER HAVE INCOHERENT, SHADY INDIANS WORKING THEIR COLLECTION CALLS IF YOU FALL FOR THIS YOU DESERVE TO, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE MONEY YOU DON'T HAVE THE SMARTS TO KEEP

They are constantly calling even after Macy's has been paid.

Been getting calls from this number and 407 771 0887 for a couple of YEARS now, for a person who does not reside at this number. I have never been a macys customer, and certainly never will be. I recommend making flyers with Macys logo and pictures of Chinese sweat shop children, and paper Macys parking lot every day from Thanksgiving, to Christmas. They can't harass you if they're not in business.

I can't say if the number is legit or not but after reading this and checking my online statements I called Macy's. As this post says if you use the Macy American Express in store purchases and out of store purchases go to different accounts. I wasn't getting bills for in store purchases and had a low balance that was incurring late fees. They waved the fees. It's super confusing. If you are getting these calls I would try calling Macy's just to make sure there isn't some hidden account. I didn't deal with the people at this number. For those who don't have Macy's accounts either someone put or number down for a contact or this call center isn't legit.
