I got many calls from this number(513-573-8739) everyday. Even I've paid off a balance. I am going to cancel macy's card. They are trying to get my SSN and information.
Been calling my house up to 4 times a day for a month now. I don't answer the phone for anyone I do not know. I have never shopped at Macy's online or in person and never will considering the bs calling at early am and late pm. I finally got so fed up and called the 513-573-8739 and talk to a guy from India. He couldn't even find my number in the system. He said he would write a note to take me off the list. They also have the number 727-566-5772 which keeps calling my house non stop for 2 months now. I called the 727 and talked to an American guy. He asked my number and name. He couldn't find me in the system either. He said he was going to take it into the office and ask I be taken off. Both guys were polite to me. Hopefully they get me off the list and I can put my ringer back on. If I keep getting calls. I will be posting again. If you have a Macy or Bloomingdales account. You may have a late bill. That's the impression I got from the ordeal. That's all I know.. Don't ever never ever give personal info over the phone. Like NO Credit Card info, social security number, drivers license ect. If you do have an outstanding bill with someone. Call the company and take it up with them directly. Never give personal info over the phone. To many scams out there to take any chances!

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
