Kept getting calls -- recording asked me to hold until a rep got on the line -- waited about 5 minutes. Immediately asked who they were and why I keep getting calls from them. "Rep" hung up
PEOPLE MUST BE REALLY NAIVE TO ACTUALLY THINK THIS IS MACYS/BLOOMINGDALES CALLING. YOU HONESTLY THINK THEY ARE GOING TO CALL YOU FROM A 513 NUMBER OR EVEN CALL YOU AT ALL? NO. THIS 513 NUMBER CALLS ME EVERY DAY AT LEAST 10 TIMES A DAY. THEY KEEP ASKING FOR TOMMY TA. IT'S A SCAM FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T ALREADY KNOW THIS.
SINCE FEBRUARY 14TH 2009, SAME CALLS EVERY DAY, AT LEAST 10 TIMES A DAY...I PRETEND TO BE KRAGEN AUTO PARTS, THEY ASK FOR TOMMY HA, I TELL THEM THERE IS NO ONE HERE BY THAT NAME. THEY HANG UP. THEY CALL BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN....I FEEL REALLY SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY THINK THIS IS MACYS OR BLOOMINGDALES CALLING...IT'S NOT.
Caller calls every hour on the hour, when you answer they call back in 20 minutes there after. They do not say anything, you say Hello and they hang up on you. They call from 6 A.M. to 10:30 P.M. it is right there on my caller ID. Want them to leave me alone, do not owe these people a dime and do not have a Macy's credit card either.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
