Got a call from this number yesterday and again today. They left a voicemail both times, stating something about my student loans.I have several student loans but NOT through AES (never heard of them before) AND I'm still in deferment.Have reported the number to DNR registry.
I get a call from them (AES) 2 to 3 times a month. It's an automated caller that occasionally my voice mail picks up. My payments are up to date so I never answer the phone and have never experienced any negative issues with them other than the calls.
missed call for the 20th time googled and here i am. my son does have a loan with aes. He is returning full time to school and needs to defer his payments but trying to talk to someone is awful. now this number keeps calling and calling and calling.
Get calls 3 & 4 times a day. Never answer as I have caller IDI have no loans so there is no reson to call this number
I was getting calls from them last year about a relative who didn't pay. I did not ask to be a reffenence. I gave them his parents and his current contact info. They finally went away after a few dozen calls. Now it's starting over again. I called up AES on their web number. And let them know that a man with very bad manners would be calling them every time the crap number called me. So far it's been 3 calls in 3 days. I think they might get tired of me soon. What's goog for the goose you know. I'm actually finding it fun to harass their office when their collections calls.
These people called us relentlessly for a year. This is the most screwed up organization that I have ever dealt with. They are misinformed, rude and obnixous. They post to the wrong account and if you are making a back payment they apply it forward and show you outstanding. We went to automatic deduction and they still get it wrong. These people should be put out of business.
Actually, once deferrment or forbearance is granted, your loans are no longer delinquent. However, the reports of non-payment on your credit history DO remain. The proper thing to do, would have been to request deferrment or forbearance as soon as you realized you could not make a payment, AND before the payment is due. If this is not done, it is considered irresponsibility, so the it hurts your credit score. I am not passing any sort of judgement, I have done the same thing, and taken a hit on my credit score. I am just providing based on what I was told, and what makes sense, as well.
Ive been receiving calls from different numbers. Funny thing is my loans aren't with this company and I am up to date on my loan. I simply don't answer if I don't know the number.
Got the same call with the same message, I told them not to call back i pay my balance every month they said no and that they will continue to harass me. This is not appreciated or respected keep calling and youll keep wasting your time.
