Thank you! I was thinking the same thing. Way to represent your company with poor grammer and punctuation. This company really is horrible about calling insanely throughout the day. I always get calls from them and I just never pick up because I know I already paid my loans and they never have anything new to say. They always are nagging me and they call during the most inconvenient hours. I have loans with other companies who are much more professional and curtious.

Professionalism is imperative when replying to many that are trying to understand the complexities of harrsssing phone calls.

This number has called literally eight times today! And at 8am to start! They call twice an hour and will not give up!

This is all quite interesting, since the number 717-720-1500 shows up on my caller ID daily, and has for at least a month. The interesting part is that I went to school over 20 years ago, and I have never had a student loan.

This company keeps calling my cell. I do not have any more student loans, haven't had any for 15 years. they won't leave a message and why should I call back a 1-800 #. Very annoying

You really should pay closer attention to your grammar. I would think that someone working for a "legit" organization and making these important calls, you would want to present yourself in the best possible light.

Thanks for the massive debt due to outrageous interest rates and working with the school to allow predatory lending...

American Educational Services calling about Student Loan Payment.

I have communicated with AES over the phone prior to my loan payments beginning and inquired about IBR (Income Based Repayment) and was told that I wouldn't qualify (I guess being unemployed with no income is over qualified) and that they expected payment. I informed them that they can't get blood from a stone and hung up! I get calls from them at the most ungodly hours and will not pick up nor do they leave a message. I find it interesting that they want you to answer their call so they can babble on about a payment being due (and here I was thinking you were calling to have a friendly chat) yet they don't want to leave a message nor is the number they call from able to receive calls and you are told to call another number! AES get your act together and act like professionals and MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, you may get better results! PATHETIC!

I am tired of receiving calls from these people. I don't know who John is. They keep asking for John and I have, on numerous occassions, ask them to stop calling this number. I DON'T OWE ANYONE ANYTHING. I AM RETIRED. PERSISTANT FOOLS. I have had my number changed to unlisted to no avail. They keep calling for JOHN. JOHN has never lived here and I have no idea who he is. STOP NOW.
