These people literally call him 10 times a day prob even more. They call and call and call. I understand they are all sales people trying to collect their money but honestly do they think that by calling so many damn times that money is going to pop out of thin air. If I was unable to make a payment 30mins ago, why the heck are you calling back again.

Wow. It's no wonder AES representatives are always so unhelpful and un-knowledgeable about the student loan products they are servicing -- it's obvious from your post that you need absolutely no qualifications to hold that job.

So many individuals complain AES calls continously. By singing the MPN, AES has the write to contact you as many times as necessary until contact is made. Once contact is made with the intended party, AES will stop calling for a few days. To avoid such calls, pay your loans in a timely fasion (before the due date) and you will nto receive a call. If you cannot make a payment, there are options available. Suck up your pride and call. AES does not get paid by creating late fees or additonal interest. These things are assessed by the owner of the loan due to your ignorance of paying on time. AES gets paid to service the loan (complete the day to day operations). Get the facts straight. Pay your bill on time and you will not have to deal with AES. If you had a college education, you might understand the idea of responsibility / accountability. Use this knowledge.
