Obvious SHILL ALERT. Read all the posts, idiot. If mistakes are being made in applying payments, it is the company's fault. Get the facts straight yourself. If you had a college education you might understand that your company has a lot of people unqualified for their jobs. And, since you had the time to do this post, one must assume that you have a great deal of time on your hands, so perhaps you could step up to the plate for your "employer" and show people how to add 2 + 2 and put the number 4 in the right account.

I have no student loans, so why do you people call my phone and hang up every day? It's really a nuisance.

They do that to my phone every day, also, and I don't have any student loans. This leads me to believe they are not a legitimate organization.

The fact is that AES is corrupt...sorry its the truth! You send them everything they tell you to send and then they "never received" some piece of information even though it was sent with everything else!!! This went on for months! They don't want to give you the money without a fight. When you transfer schools and tell them about it they say "Great! that's all we need!" until 3 months later when you receive delinquent notices and they claim that they were never notified of the transfer and that you have to pay the amount because of their "mistake". It's all good though, because I know that they are being investigated by general attorney for unlawful practices...suck it AES!!!

ACTUALLY IT'S ILLEGAL TO CALL CONTINUOUSLY!!!!! IT'S CALLED HARRASSMENT AND THEIR ARE RULES THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW BUT THEY DON'T. THEY CALL WITH OUT LEAVING MESSAGES SO NO ONE KNOWS WHO CALLED!!! PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR [***] AND JOIN THE REAL WORLD

We get a call from this number OVER 10 times a week! They never leave a message. All student loans are up to date and current.

I don't do business on my cell phone. I don't know how they got my number !!!

Amazing that you claim to work for a company that deals with student loans, yet don't even know the difference between your & you're! Good God, this country is going to he** in a hand basket!
