I don't even have a loan through aes, I got it through a bank. And even if I did, my mom pays for it and she pays $100 each month though it's only for $25. She has also never been late on a payment making the calls very confusing. Though I took a semester off, I'm going back in Spring 2015. I've decided to ignore the calls since I know there shouldn't be an issue with my loan that I know hasn't had a late payment or anything. It also sounds like this agency doesn't know their foot from their hand.

A cosigner is just as liable for the loan as the student. They don't call if theyou don't nend to. Calls are not only about payments. You'd think as an adult you'd know this. Grow up quit whining and take care of your business

Aes and pheaa are the same entity, Aes is the servicer and pheaa is the guarantor. They handle loans covering the whole country not just Pennsylvania dumb [***]

THIS IS AES. I do have a loan with them that I'm paying down and they called from this number. Called back and the recording says it's American Education Services, this number does not receive incoming calls and to call their 1-800 number, which they then give you.

Why are people so paranoid? It IS AES. They even tell you to call back their verified 1-800 phone number so that you may speak with a rep. I had a call only a few minutes ago about my new mailing address.

I've gotten two phone calls today on my company mobile phone asking for some other girl and I told them they had the wrong #. They then asked me if I knew her, I said no. I told them they were calling a corporate mobile phone and they asked me to look up this girl in my company address book. Effin idiots.
