Real interesting posts in here! No matter how you describe it... it's a form of harassment, period! People should NOT have to: receive calls after 8:00PM, on weekends, before 9:00AM, repeatedly (one after another), calls that are just plain rude, calls that accuse you of something you didn't do, and ESPECIALLY... calls which are threatening in nature!!! "Pay your bills in the first place", you say? "That way you won't be receiving calls like these", you add. Yeah, well, I was (and I did)! I then became disabled and lost my job. With that, a decent income was lost! I do get disability once a month. Have you ever tried to pay the mortgage and the other NECESSARY monthly expenditures on a disability check? Don't forget groceries and gas for the one car you have left (you had to sell the other one)! Oh geez, I forgot to mention that I have a family to support as well including two boys, 10 and 12 respectively! Christmas and birthdays are done " on the cheap". My wife and I don't give each other any gifts anymore. Oh yeah... my wife... yeah, she does work! She brings home just about enough to pay for things like insurance and other essentials. We were never "rich"... lower- middle class is more like it. I always met my bills, never spent more than what I could pay for, and had a good credit score. All was for naught now. I can't meet my bills, I am constantly "robbing Peter to pay Paul", and my credit score, is in the toilet! I've tried to setup terms with my creditors but to no avail! "Not enough for our minimum payment", they said and added their official "Sorry". I'm sorry too, but you just can't get blood out of a stone! Now, having gone through all that, I am lucky to get to talk to people like Hanna and Associates who try to get me to "pay what I owe... now" by using their strong arm, Gestapo-like tactics and other fine people skills that they all seem to have mastered quite well! Well, my back is against the wall. I've tried just about everything I know. There's only one thing left to do. "Hey boy's and girls... can you say bankruptcy"? "GOTCHA"!!!.

Just received a call from this number, 770-916-9220. Caller ID says Frederick Hann. A guy asked for my sister who has never lived here. Said his name was Jared Peace (yeah right) and that she should call him at 800-450-6575 ext 3624. Said he had talked to her at her work and that she told him to call her home. He didn't have her home #, but had me listed as a 'contact'. Really? So I text my sister about the call, and she tells me that the [***] called her at work and when she asked him to call her at home, he hung up. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

It's a bill collector. They never leave a message, and call early in the morning waking us all up.

rec'd call out of the blue thought was Aunt in GA... called and belongs to Law offices of Frank J Hannah or something. I don't owe any debts.. at least to where a law firm would be calling! They only called that one time and never left a message, no calls from them since.

Okay, i use to get called from Frank Hannah Associates but a different number now it's this new number out of GA and they said they are going to seek legal action....they're crazy!

The man on the phone asked if I had contact info for my mom's ex-boyfriend. He didn't ID where he was calling from, my caller id listed Fredrick Hann.

At about 8:45 PM i was watching tv when i got a call from this # so i answer and the lady asked for a juan somebody and i said i didnt know who that was and so the lady said so this is a wrong number right and i said yea and the lady said well sweetheart dont keep dragging and then she hung up on me

I just received 4 calls from an idiot calling himself Fred Hanna. He called the house and apparently spoke with my daughter and told her he knew her. She got the impression that he needed to talk with me regarding some business proposition and gave him my work number. He called and spoke with my husband (we are small business owners). He told my husband that he intended to sue regarding some account with Bank of America. My husband told him we do not have such an account and must be mistaken. Idiot then called off some social security number and asked him if that was correct. My husband answered no and idiot asked for the correct social. My husband told him not to call again. Within 1 minute he called back and I answered. Again he said he had spoke with my daughter and this call was regarding a debt of $9500 that my husband and I had run up on a Bank of America credit card and didn't pay. I told him he had the wrong # and hung up. 1 minute later another phone call. Hung up and blocked his call. This one needs to be investigated quickly.

Got a call from this number and it was a guy posing as an attorney, he was looking for my neighbor and said it was a "pressing matter" he said he had done a demographic search and found my number. He asked me to give my neighbor a message to call him right away. This type of action is so immoral and probably illegal -- I am sick of companies like these, trying to embarrass people by calling their neighbors.
