Just received a call on my work # but let it to my vm. Then 2 min's later they called the main switchboard looking for me (I work for a college) and were transferred to the main line of my department. They were then transferred to me again and I ignored the call...again! Left no vm either time.

This is nothing personal just curios its business. Some people look down on us our firm for representing credit card companies. Do you know if everyone paid their credit card debts over some time in their life time, then the banks would only charge 5% interest? However, they have to charge nearly 30% fo coved the cost of those who have not paid. The scariest part is if it were not for firms such as ours, the banks would have to charge 40% interest. So just curious quit tring to find ways to not pay your debts and find a way to get back on track and answer the phone so people that do pay quit paying for your nonpaying [***]. Im sure your mad cause something didnt go your way but it doesnt give u a free pass not to pay.

i help people everyday with their credit card debts. You say we steal and take from you? No one but you kept swiping that credit card at the stores not fred hanna. i make a difference in peoples lives and in our business i never cease to be about humanity. their is always something that happened and i will find away out and help you. We are not the bad guys here the people that have no intentions at all to pay the money back they owe and what about the debt companies that are charging thousands of dollars to so something you can do. sorry you feel so angry its nothing personal its just business.

I got a call on my cell and thought the voice mail message was in a foreign language. The woman was really tough to understand. I did get the last sentence- something about call this number back immediately for a collection agency. I pay my bills on time and have no reason for a collection agency to call my cell number!! I should not have to pay for a cell call for some underhanded lawyer to call my cell and try to get my SSN or harass me. There has got to be a way to stop these people.

you are making fun of people ahen your loser [***] has an atty office calling trying to collect money you owe. hell your cell phone prob isnt in your name, you drive a piece of [***] and you dont own a house and prob live with mom, pay your bills loser then people you dont know wont call you!

Spoke with some idiot from this company today. My husband and I are working with attorneys regarding our debt and I told this guy to contact them. He treated me as if I was stupid, insisting that the creditor turned my attorney's offer down and, therefore, they had every right to contact me to make me pay. Don't think so, buster. He kept on and on and on, till I finally hung up on him.

I am a bill collector and i will have to say this is an idiot. Do not judge us all the same there are great people willing to help you at FJH. It is a sore subject when it has to do with debts, money and not having it, but whats right is right and whats wrong is wrong. You know you owe it. Together we can find a way. I wish one person out of the thousands of people i helped would get on here and tell his\her story.
