Please be careful. I received yet another call from a very heavily accented "Mark Williams". Who stated that he worked for Windows and had received reports from my computer that there was something wrong. I asked him to call back in a half hour and he said he would. Of course when I dialed the 1-800-102-1100 number to try to call him back the call did not go through. Also a fake number appeared on the caller Id of 1-989-641-6052 and the auto callback was blocked.
My guy was Harry Wilson, also claiming to be from Microsoft. Like the others he was claiming that my computer was sending reports to them that something was wrong and downloading items that it shouldn't.
I received a call from Gary Williams that claimed to work with the service department with Microsoft service. His badge number was 44120, etc, etc., this phone number (800)102-1100, x101. He wanted me to connect to a www.supremocontrol.com web site to eliminate other people from using my computers. I told him that I would not do it until I could confirm his identity and that he worked for Microsoft. That is when I found this website and these complaints. I will not work with him.
A foreign speaking person, Leo Johnson he said, was from Micro Soft, I ask for the phone number & he also gave me 800 102 1100; caller id indicated Kentucky 859-356-0144, I then ask for the address of the Micro Soft outlet he represents and answered "headquarters are in Washington" I just hung up, it was late at night.

they call at least once a month saying they will help with my computer that it has viruses and they are working for Microsoft. they also gave me their phone # 917-686-9179 and 516-323-6701. they also gave a #1800-102-1100 saying it was for Microsoft. I got a recording saying it could not be completed as dialed.
I just received a phone call from Brian Wilkinson (heavy Indian accent) stating he was with Microsoft Windows Support and stated he needed to help me because my computer was being hacked right now. Asked if my computer was on - told him yes. Then he asked me to start doing stuff and I told him no and that I did not trust him. Asked him for his name and number and I would need to call myself and speak to someone from Microsoft.
The call I received was almost a duplicate of the call that Karen reported (see 2 posts above this one on 1/22/16). Unsure if he rattled off a name or not though. Didn't tell him I didn't trust him just told him I'd call him back and asked for his number. Reverse lookup on Internet and I found these postings. I will also report to Microsoft
