Maybe if the reps did not have to put up with mean, hateful, arrogant, self-centered, selfish, sometimes really stupid customers who think that the world revolves around their stupid cell phones they might not be so bad. If I had to hear one more time from someone "my kid does not even know how to use the internet so these charges are wrong" or "you have to turn my cell phone back on because I have such and such medical or whatever other problem" or " my kid is in school and has to have his/her cell phone so you need to turn it back on" or "I don't understand why you would would turn my cell phone off when I am only 3 months past due" I was going to scream. First your kid knows how to use the internet. Second, a cell phone will dial 911 even if it is disconnected so don't give me the medical excuse and besides many people lived for many years with various medical problems and no cell phones. Third, I and many other people grew up and went to school without cell phones and guess what we survived. and Finally, the company that provides your cell service has the right to turn your phone off if you are one day past due. Read your contracts people. Sorry if I offended anyone. Don't get me wrong not all of the people that I spoke with were like this. Many were very nice and took responsibility for their cell phone bills and understood that to avoid suspension of service they need to make payment. If you are like this then thank you for making mine and other rep's jobs easier because believe me it is very hard to get cussed out 8-10 hours a day 5 days a week. For those who this does apply to, grow up and take some responsibility because the world does not revolve around you or your cell phone.

I had recieve calls from this specific number. Last time rep used profanity words at me.

This is AT&T's number. Yes they do call you back. I have an ongoing technical support problem. I missed their call back because of these posts. They left a detailed message that was quite clearly a response to my support problem. There was no caller ID showing AT&T on my cell so I did not answer or it might have occurred to me this was a call back from a day ago. I have no doubt others will spoof this number with one scam or another but if you are expecting a call back you might want to answer. You can hang up at any time if feel uncomfortable or think it is a scammer instead. Just my 2 cents.

Chela boys I for is not valid. The link takes you to the bid4prizes website. Phone number is not in my area however they called my cell number. I have not signed up for anything. If charge shows up on my bill I'll file a complaint with the federal trade commission

Just now but was a robo call so robo program caught it and heard nothing. Caller ID says "AT&T".... Doubt it!

I put this number on my "blocked call" list. If AT&T wants to contact me they can send an email!I can still call the number if needed.

Nope, not legit. Do not give your info, if you already have call your provider IMMEDIATELY and alert them. Change your password at the very least!

i answered, only because I was waiting for a call from an unknown number. There was no reply when I answered. Looking at the other comments...I don't even HAVE AT&T!!

the caller said they were from Verizon and wanted to verify my account. Verizon said they alway use you name, the caller said customer. I didn't answer, they left a message on my cell phone.
