I got a call from this number on my cell phone, which I have never given out since I don't use the phone (only have it for emergencies). They called Oct 20, 2017 at 7:08PM CST. I don't have AT&T. I can't imagine they would have any valid reason to call me on my cell. I'm blocking the number. I hate AT&T.

just got a call from ATT Customer Service .....which 800-331-0500 is really their number. But, it's a spoof call. This [***] says he has a 99 dollar discount for my next bill, since I've been a customer for a long time blah blah blah.. and repeats my phone # and ask is that right, I reply, "well you called it, is it"..... then he states my name and ask if that is right, Again, I say, "you just said it was...."xxxxx", is it?" THEN.......he says, "I need the passcode you set up for your acct so we can credit your acct".......I told him I don't have one or forgot i He then says, well you have to have one, how do you pay your bill!?. I said, 'Well since you're from ATT you should know that I pay it by phone or online". Effing foreign scammers! I did call ATT and they confirmed it is a Scam and they are spoofing their number .............. BEWARE FOLKS!

When I answered this call, the robot said he was with AT&T and my cell phone account had been suspended (but I was on my cell phone-wtf?). So, then he said in order for them to solve my disconnection "problem", and to prove my identity, I needed to give him the last 4 numbers of my SS card.

I got the same call from this number and they claimed they were from Verizon and my account was suspended. This is a bogus call.

caller identifies himself as "ATT" customer care- The number is spoofed- the 800-331-0500 is an Actual ATT customer care number.However their offer of $90 one time "credit" to my account was only an attempt to gain account information. If you see this number come up-ignore it.

Phone rang about 1:20 a.m. On October 1, 2017. I did not answer but did look the number up. I have no business or ties with this company.

This is a scam. It may have been a legitimate ATT number years ago; however it is not now. This number was also featured in a police alert locally. They want your social and credit card info. It is a scam. Plus we have NEVER had ATT so I was suspicious from the jump.

I get 3-5 phone calls a day from this number. I never answer my phone if I don't know who the call is coming from, so I've never even spoke to this person. Yet still they call me repeatedly, at various times during the day. Sometimes back to back hoping that maybe I will pick up.

Called me at night 10:35pm woke me up.

got one today. very disturbing to be sure. has anyone contacted att? since it comes up atas att customer care. i always say send it in writing and hang up! they dont have my info!
