I just had to respond to all these morons saying this is not a legit# !! For all you dummies that are AT&T customers just look at your bill it's the same contact # DUH!!
I just had to call AT&T to remove the same thing from my teenage son's phone. I thought he bought something, but he said he never did, and I believed him. We also have a family plan.Something should be done about these scams!!Do you think the phone companies are in on it??
Found 2 calls from this #. We're not AT&T subscribers (for anything, long distance or cell phone). Even better, the CID name said "Cingular Wirele". They haven't been called Cingular for YEARS. Spammer FAIL.
18003310500 is customer service number, it's the return call number. whenever someone calls u back from either tech support or customer service this is the number appeared and the callback number.
I have received 3 or more calls from this number stating they are with At&t. Now my phone for no apparent reason stopped working! Nothing has changed; didn't drop it...AT&T told me it could take FIVE More days before it may work again!!! They cannot tell what has caused it to stop working either.

I never answered a call from this 800 number. Now on my T-Mobile bill this month I was charged on, 7/2/09 @ 9:41am, $9.99 for "Premium Services". The service provider is listed as Cylon LLC (never heard of them) and the description is noted as 38146GamerData 8883516703. Have no idea what this was for. Googled Cylon LLC and ended up here and thanks to these posts I am aware of the scam and will take action to have the charge removed. Needless to say it infuriates me that scams like this happen. I all for a lawsuit against whoever is behind this.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
