I'M new phone

They just called and left a voicemail on my cell phone. I listened to the voicemail. It was about 4 seconds long and you could hear the person on the phone chewing, and other people in the call center talking in the background. As I sit here and type this out, the same number is calling me over and over. Three. Four. Five times. No more voicemails are left, but they just keep calling. Ah-ha! They just left me another empty voicemail on the fifth call. This time it was shorter, maybe a second and a half, and you could hear a male speaking in the background. It's absolutely an AT&T number as I just dialed it on my home phone, blocking my number of course. They seem to have stopped calling now. Five calls. Two messages of chewing and other people talking. Way to go, AT&T.

Boyfriend had a call from this number late last night. It is from AT&T Mobile services. Turns out his daughter had run up $1500.00 in long distance fees in 3 weeks. If AT&T had not called, we still would not know. The daughters phone is suspended so she won't run up the bill further. My opinion is THANK YOU for calling my boyfriend and saving him from higher bills! You might want to talk with AT&T to be sure it's not something like that on your bill too.

I received a survey call from this number as well, or so it appeared. This is AT&T's number, however, whoever was calling apparently faked the caller id. I called AT&T and they indicated that they do not call and complete surveys only follow up on surveys that have been completed. Whoever called was phishing because at the end of the survey, they ask to verify your information. Fortunately, I was suspicious and did not confirm anything with them.

I get calls from ATT from this number when my bill is due. It's legit. Maybe the reason why Verizon customers are getting the calls is that the company hasn't updated their records. But they leave a message and everything.

A charge of $321.36 showed up on my Visa Card charges. I have no idea what this is about, but obviously it is some sort of scam.

I'm with att. These clowns claim they're from att, or Verizon or whatever. Point is, they get your info to your account change billing info or add crap . It happened to a friend of mine. She went to upgrade and didn't Know her password. Strange? You bet! Att got to the bottom of the situation rather quickly . Credited her last bill. They charged up $250 in data that her kids got blamed for. So if you ever want something from att...go in store or contact them.

Just received a call from (800) 331-0500. It was a recording of a man saying "This is AT&T. Your account has been suspended. Press 1 to suspend your account. Press 2 to speak with a customer service representative."I waited, and then a female recorded voice came on and said "buh bye."
