Voice mail said that my AT&T account had been suspended. I needed to call and have my account unlocked. Funny, I have never in my lifetime ever used AT&T. Robo spam call.

Verizon is an entirely separate corporation than AT&T and direct competitors. They may both outsource calls to 3rd party help desks; but VZ and AT&T have no connections whatsoever.

Rec'd call from above # person named Felicia Torres, with ATT. Call back # 405-286-7938. This is ATT. Had problem with VM for several days. When follow up survey was returned I didn't give positive feedback. Felicia called to follow up,that problems had been resolved. THIS IS NOT A SCAM CALLER

This the case for me as well. I wish AT&T entries on my bill didn't "look" fraudulent. What a waste of time. (>,<)

This is the main number for AT&T Mobility, formally Cingular Wireless. It is a general customer service number.

Found a 20 minute call on my son's cell phone from this number. Ridiculous. When doing a google search on the number, it displays ATT

So I ordered 3 phones on the AT&T website and paid the necessary charges of 123.00 for 2 phones (1 was free) etc. The phones came in 2 weeks later already activated. We have been using our phones for 3 weeks now, to find out they were disconnected today. My husband is a cross country truck driver and is gone now, we can not communicate. I called AT&T and they told me that my effing bill was 1800.00!!! they are charging me 500.00 deposit for each phone! no where did it say online or in my invoice that there was going to be a 500.00 deposit for each phone. I HATE THIS COMPANY

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION.Received a automated phone call from this number saying my ATT account was suspended, even though I do not have an ATT account, nor never have. The system then asked to verify my social security number and account PIN number. Entered in bogus information then was put on hold then call disconnected.

Similar to above. Received a call claiming to be from ATT, and that my ATT account was supposedly suspended. Call was to my NON-ATT cell phone, recently activated, and which I have never provided to ATT. Robovoice asked for last 4 SSN, and PIN, I entered random digits, and was placed on hold. It then hung up, claiming they would call back in 30 minutes.
