Called my cell phone. Left a partial voicemail recorded message that said a word that was garbled, then press 1 for accept, 2 for decline. I then decided to call the phone number The automated answer was "welcome to At&T". The next message was press a number for spanish. I didn't press anything. The next auto message was "How can I help you today?" I hung up. I have a Tracfone, and no affiliation with any other wireless phone company so it is a mystery as to how they got my number. Probably robo dialers.
Numerous call stating the call is from AT&T and that my account is being suspended. Got AT&T on chat with my account in front of me and At&T Rep ;stated, avoid answering, do not respond.
I just recently received a call from this number. The guy calling told he was "Michael" from AT&T and offered a $20 credit for participating in a survey.I told him I AM NOT AN AT&T SUBSCRIBER!!He just apologized and I hung up. I was so sure it was a scam that I didn't even bother to play it any further, but maybe I should have asked for my account number (which I don't have) and such details...If it really was AT&T they must have really screwed up customer records and quite unprofessional call center subcontractors.
This actually is AT&T cell phone bill collect division. Nothing crooked, scammy, or phishy at all. It's just that they have lousy people working the phones that's all.

I got a call they said from ATT, sounded real fake.they gave me some employee id number.and the call disconnected as soon as she got 3 words into a sentence
I just received a message from 888-331-0550 which was an AT&T representative calling to activate my new phone from AT&T. I ordered a phone and service from them 2 weeks ago but didn't receive the phone within 5 days so I called to cancel the order but they sent the phone anyway. I have called several numbers trying to speak with someone regarding this because they charged my credit card but I am always put on hold for over 25 minutes each time. This call was to investigate why I haven't yet activated my phone.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
