this is a hoax fraud #. we are just a victim just now.. i work at bofa and the caller didnt know i do.. red flag
If it's Bank of America then why are they calling us? We do NOT have a BOA account anywhere. But anyone can use any number today...we get several scam calls with our OWN telephone # ID'd on the phone!!!!! Do they really think we are calling ourselves???? Scam artists are desperate!

I called BofA customer support directly and confirmed that this number is NOT Bank of America phone number.The customer support agent told me to report this number to BofA security team email: abuse@bankofamerica.comTo be safe, always call bank of america directly using the phone number listed on their official site and do not call back to any suspicious number.
Can confirm this is Bank of America's fraud line. I logged into my account on BofA's website, and it said that there has been unusual activity on my card so it has been suspended until I call the number back.
please do not trust, I got SMS that my card was compromised, they asked my drivers license number for verification. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM
I got a text from this company claiming to be BofA and claiming that there had been fraudulent activity on my card; i called the real BofA and there was no such activity. I think this is fraudulent.
I received 2 calls from this number. I had just tried to pay for having a new hot water tank installed at my home. A big ticket price - over $1,000. The plumbing company called me and said they had trouble processing my BOA credit card. I received the first call from this number while I was on line with plumber. I tried calling 800-427-2449 back but was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up and called the 800 number on the back of my card. There were security concerns with my card due to the large plumbing bill I was trying to place on my card. It is a legitimate BOA number
