This is capitalOne. I actually called them back yesterday thru their normal CSR # and had a very amicable conversation with them. they are helping me thru some tight times based on our calm and polite conversations. good luck!
This phone number is not a capital One credit card phone number. It's a number from credit services that routes to different major credit card companies. It is a scam.
Company stated they could reduce the rate on all major credit cards. I asked for a phone number to call back and the phone number connects to Citi the first time and the second time it went to Capital one.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
