Yes I just got a call from a man with a heavy Indian accent saying he was from Windows. It sounded shady from the get-go. He spit out this rapidfire explanation, then was really rude to me once I told him I didn't understand what he said. I said I didn't think this call was meant for me. Then he hung up.

non-requested IT computer support (scam)

I have been receiving a phone call from this number for a week now and I answer and then hang up. Today I got very frustrated and asked him what company he worked for and what his ID number was. He then began to interrupt me and I kept talking over him telling him not to interrupt me while I am talking. I asked him again what his ID number was and he said it was P***y. And that I have a very nice P***Y! I did not deserve that and I feel very violated by that comment.

same thing happened, guy introduced as tech support and said my computer network security was compromised and they would fix it. After going through the motions of who he is, I said I don't have internet in my house and so he could not proceed with his scam, he said "oh, ok we will call you later" and hung up.

...buy a phone that can block calls??

Got a call and did not answer. It says it's from Yinchuan, Ningxia,China

Just got a call but I didn't answer. No company name but it's from Hartford, CT. I can see by my call history that they called twice in December. I added them to the reject list based on the information on this site.

Just called me but I was busy do didn't get to phone before answering machine picked up... Whoever it was did not leave a message but I called the number back and a message said the number was out of service. Weird, since they'd just called, so I looked up the number and it brought me here. I'm now going to block the number!

This is a company trying to get access to your computer. Dont fall for it

Missed this call, so I called back, said this is not a valid phone number-please try again. And this was early on a sunday morning.
