it is Kaiser, and if you're not expecting them, it may be just them reminding you it's time for your biannual dental cleaning. If it's not kaiser, it's someone spoofing a kaiser number.
I've answered the calls and I get nothing just a hang up??? I'm confused...and when I call it back I get a bussy tone...

It is a Kaiser number. The ID does not show their name so I let it go to voice mail. The computer left a message that my new glasses are ready. I was expecting the call.
HELL0!!!It's for medical information. There is a thing called HIPPA which is a law to keep patient info confidential. So they are not going to just leave a message for someone else besides YOU, the patient, to hear. I work for KP. They have signage all over their facilities about this. READ IT before you start complaining about a law that is in place to PROTECT you and your personal, and private information.
