called my pre paid phone and didn't leave a message when I didn't pick up. I don't own an AMEX card...and my credit is phenominal...just had it checked with a refi. Going to report it.

This number called and thank god that I did not answer the phone after reading these comments. Because the fact of the matter is that I do not even or ever had a Amex card.

i found that if u answer it but dont say anything it makes there bill go up so i get less calls i am unaware of any bill i owe and i will not get these calls any more. so just leave them on the line they will slow down on the calls.

I don't know the number, so I let the machine pick it up... message says "this is for (name),... then says if this is not (name) disconnect or hang up,..." so I disconnect. I have talked to them once about a yr. ago ...they are very rude...

this is an office and we don't want any soliciting call or any personal collection call.

They said something to me about gathering information...I couldn't even make out the voicemail, which i was surprised they left me.

I don't undestand why so many complaints here instead wrtting here call them a say nothing until they hung up or say anything you want like Fu!!!!!!If everyone here and others to that and call them to this number 978-686-2255 maybe they get tired of Fu!!!!ing us good luck I do that 10 times when they start calling me and is so fun they get pissoff jajajajjajaCall them now and have fun

First I'd like to say that obviously this company does break many laws from the things I've read about them and I'm sure they'd try to collect debt from anyone. But I do have to admit that I do have debt from about 5 years ago. Trust me I've lost lots of sleep crying cause like someone else wrote its technically stealing. And I'm sure that's why they are calling me. The only thing I don't understand is why they don't send me anything in the mail. I won't answer their calls because I know they will harass me and there's no point in dealing with it because I'm helpless and have no way of getting any money. I know I am wrong for my debt and if I was able to pay it back at all I would have by now. I am a stay at home mom seeing as even if I had a job that would only cover day care. So it's not like I'm just being lazy. I technically own nothing. Not a house or a car or anything. Everythings in my husbands name. I don't know all the laws and don't know if they can come after what he owns or not. The debt happened before our marriage. They don't even have my married name. I don't know what else to do. With only one person working, we can only pay our basic bills after each pay day. Anyways. I'm sorry if they are harassing innocent people.

I have student loans that I had defaulted on and Zwicker's rep tracked me down to collect. Honestly I'm glad they did, as I had intended to pay and only hadn't had the time to get the student loan info together to start paying. The rep, identified as Jessica Allen, was nice, gave me info on how to file for forbearance with the educational loan people (AES), and negotiated with me on a payment. She called me back later when I had asked since the first time she called I was out of the house. I paid them almost $900 by phone, gave them my bank account number and routing number. After reading all this I hope the payment actually went towards my debt and wasn't some sort of scam. I will be looking closer before making any other payments...
