This number just called my business and said they had the wrong number. When I googled the number, I came across this site and realized it's the same company that has harrassed my husband whenever he answers. He's told them repeatedly he is not that person, but they act like he's lying and continue to call. Very frustrating!

haha...you realize they are a lawfirm with attorneys in every state except for nm, sc, la, ms.... they DO sue on accounts... they do not buy debt... they are retained as council for their clients and if the debtors do not pay their job is to do asset research and then sue .... wages can be garnished in all but fl, nc, pa, sc, tx... look into the laws... haha... you all make me laugh...

In case none of you debtors noticed AMEX, Bank of America, Discover, etc. have CONTRACTS with you for the debt you owe AS WELL AS the Law Office of Zwicker & Associates!!! Zwicker is obviously not a scam if you use your common sense and realized that your credit card company has a contract with Zwicker because you are NOT PAYING THEM WHAT YOU OWE!!! Therefore, if these credit card companies CANNOT get money from you they need to hire someone else who can get their money for them, since you cannot buy things in this world FOR FREE!!!Thank you and PAY YOUR DEBT!!!

I received seven phone calls from these idiots in one day. They have the wrong phone number for the individual they are trying to reach and they refuse to remove my business phone number from their auto-dialing system. Rude is an understatement for the woman ([***]) that I spoke with on the phone. She acted as if I was in the wrong even though I don't owe money to anyone and I have a credit score of 800+. I most definitely will be reporting them to the Wisconsin State Attorney General's office.

I get calls from these idiots all day as well. Right now as we speak I've received calls at 3:51pm, 4:09pm, 4:15pm, 4:19pm, 4:24pm, and 4:27pm. There were more throughout the day.I told them once I would not just blindly pay a debt over the phone and I needed someone to validate the debt. They told me they don't have to send me anything and said I refuse to cooperate and hung up on me.I've actually spoke to someone more than once and each time they were rude to me. What do they put in their advertisements for help wanted? "Wanted: Rude MoFo's for work. Must like harassing people, hot muggy weather, and have no respect for any human being living or dead."?I do have a debt with Sallie Mae Financial, but I'm unsure how much exactly I owe. The school I was attending went bankrupt and I received no degree or diploma. I got stuck oweing a few thousand dollars.I refuse to blindly pay these idiots over the phone especially after seeing reports here (and elsewhere) of how they keep your money and the company you owe money to has no idea and still tries to claim their money even though you paid to this Zwicker. *whew* that was one nice run on sentence.

When they file suit against you for on behalf of the creditor it turns the judgment onto the debt making it SECURED and not unsecured. Once they judgement is in place and this is now a secure debt they have the legal right (state laws prohibiting of course) to garnish wages for this debt, lein your property and levy your bank account. In some states (Michigan especially) they will actually repo cars and other property and sell them at a public auction.
