I am getting phone calls from them but ive asked them what they think i owe and they say that it aint none of the people in my house ,i gave them all the names of the people living here and they cant find anything. but they keep calling me. I pay my bills and pay them on time. My home is paid for so is all my vehicles and i dont have any doctor bills either. My phone number used to be someone elses and i keep getting collection calls for them and i gave them that name but they said it wasnt him either. They smarted me off the first time they called because i wasnt home ,i called them back soon as i found the number on my box and she told me i advise you to answer the phone when they call you back. [***]. I told her i wasnt home. They called back today and i answered and i heard her say hello hello it sounded like a cellphone and it cut off. I called them straight back. This man answered i explained the circumstances and he transferred me to someone else that had a voicemail. I left a message and they dont call me back , what do i do?

Does anyone have an address for Z and A? They have not abided by my wishes and keep calling old phone numbers. I've given them the correct phone number to call and still they do what they want for a small balance. I've been paying the company I owe directly because I refuse to deal with a company which is so completely rude and heinous - they know this and can see the payments yet they continue to call. They also don't think I know it's illegal for GE Capital to collect the money and for Zwicker to also try to collect on the same debt!I highly doubt that many, if any, of the representatives calling make 100k a year or they wouldn't be so irrational when calling for fear of losing that cushy salary. Most of them sound as ignorant and destitute as everyone struggling to pay their bills. As for the other high and mighty group of people who've never fallen on hard times, why are you commenting on this page? You're too good to associate with people who struggle so why don't you just stay away before our plague of "overspending" spreads to you and yours? Go harass someone else. We get enough of it from Zwicker and Associates! You apparently have way too much time as well as money to go searching for people who are struggling to make them feel worse. Get a life!

Just called 3 times in last few minutes. We are on the do not call list so they should not be calling. Did not answer.

I have received over six calls from Zwicker's Lawyers office. Each time I have indicated to the person calling, there is no Charlie here, they have the wrong number. The first call, I immediately let the woman on the other end know, it was the wrong number, and she called back within a span of a week or two. I asked her to stop calling this number. Next a man called, I asked where he was calling from and he told me "I am not telling you! ", I hung up. He continued to call a few more times. Today 4/16/09 a different man called, and when I mentioned there was not a Charlie here, he said: "I must have the wrong number", I do not see any documentation that your number is a wrong number"> I said: " You are so wrong in calling me." He said: " Why don't you call the police then." I have blocked calls from 987-686-2255, and I am ready to block the next call, from the same office, from a different number. They are rude, indignant, and wanting an argument, and they do not listen or document.

Then, if anything is left you pay this creditor $20 on a minimum payment of $100, because thats all there is. That creditor sees reality, does a credit hit on you and takes the loss, then sells the debt to a company like Zwiker.Then someone like a Michelle, who has been brainwashed, or threatened or just happens to be born a bully thinks it is ok to call multiple times per day, calling even after being asked not to call, and calling even after the borrower requests in writing all future contact be in writing. And why continue the pressure? Because people like you, Mr. Bitter, are standing behind them saying what a good little Nazi you are.

Not everyone is a deadbeat. Some people have become extremely ill and can't work anymore. You are not above anyone all you do is harrass and become rude. So get off your high horse.
