Your a dbag.... grow up... rather than playing games maybe use that time to find a job and pay your bills
I dont get it, why is everyone so hatefull with them? If they are calling you its because you owe someone money, its your fault they are calling you. This isnt a scam, this is when a portfolio is handed off to them by another company. If its a mistake then fix it, but places like this dont just call people randomly, they call you for a reason.
You can file a complaint against a debt collector with the Consumer Protection Bureau. You also can use that link to a separate complaint against the company that the original account was with. (Or call the bureau at 1-855-411-2372.)The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has created five sample letters you can use to exercise your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.Or - File a police report against this company for telephone terrorism.
snap out of it joe...you sound like a typical non payer, looking to blame everyone else for your poor financial management. Sallie Mae services millions of loans each year and a small percentage ends up in default and nin out of ten time it is the borrowers (meaning you)that has made the error, if you had paid on time like I do on my loans you would not be where you are. The co signer is not you, and it is your job to protect your good name and your finances not anyone else. Stop belly aching and pay up.
sounds like you have done this your self. I am sure you are very proud as well as your family. Bankruptcy should be for people who need real help not dead beats.
I just got a call which started "this call is being recorded. I'd like to speak to David Noble please." Since I don't know Mr. Noble I told him so and hung up. The caller didn't say who he was or why he was calling, but I see from other reports here that it is a collection agency. This call was from Massachusetts.
Hi guys i am also dealing with Zwicker also but i need the proof that they are calling from an automatic dialing system has any saved one of the voice messages ? if yes please contact me at ibzp12@gmail.com
actually you are in correct federal guaranted student loans like Tgslc (texas gaurantee student loan corp) can attach social security. And rightly so in some cases. Not everyone is a deadbeat true but many people do attempt to slither out of thier bills if they can find a way. As a tax payer who is single and has managed to put her son thru 4 years of college I am glad that there are ways to collect money from people. Why should I have to pay for your mistakes as well as my own bills? live within you means, plan for a rainy day and do not expect to have what everyone else has. That is the best way to stay financially aflot in these times. good or bad economy it is a good rule of thumb
