been getting call from this number looking for THOMAS, told them there is not one here will that name they just hang up and still continue to call and leave message to call them back at (800)370-2251 x5138 they have no life but to keep calling the same number even when they are told "no one is here with that name".

This guy is a criminal. Got two felony convictions and lost his law license. He hires a wino lawyer who still has his license to sign the false claims he files against innocent people - he isn't needed in our society of hardworking honest people for the most part. Why hasn't he been incarcerated as a permanent resident to keep him away from hurting folks like us? He's been harassing me for the past two years several times a week with his computer generated phone calls. Why does our govt allow scum like this to cause problems for good people to satisfy his dishonest greed? Unfortunately we live in a "nobody care society".

Can they take a vehicle that is paid for? Can they put a lien on a house that is (and has only ever been) in the spouse's name? Can they come after the spouse if the spouse's name is NOT on any of the debts? Thanks.

I am having issues with Zwicker and Associates myself. I allowed my issue to goto garnishment.That allowed my employer to have the oversight on the entire case of how much money Zwicker and Associate gets. The funny thing is that they only got two weeks worth of money. My wife and I set up a child support garnishment that supercedes the garnishment that Zwicker and Associates gets, All I can say to Zwicker and Associates is sorry and kiss my butt.

I have been getting calls from them for years because we share the same last name with someone they are looking for. It would be nice if they did some leg work and actually call the people responsible instead of calling people with the same last name!
