An former employee of Zwicker & Associates...They do have outside attry in every state so they can place a judgement against you no matter which state you reside in...Idk which state you reside in and the laws are different in every state but in some states they can garnish wages up to 25%, they can also place leins on any owned property...I would check into your state laws, keep in to mind that they are a litigating law firm and that if you have a student loan with sallie mae that you have a contract with them stating that you would pay this debt & if you do decided to go to court Zwicker will enforce the contract you had with Sallie Mae, and most likely you will spend more money in attry fees and litigation cost than you would if you just paid the balance owed to Sallie Mae, not to mention the impact a judgement will have on your credit...Best Wishes

I am getting calls from them even though I have nothing to do with AMEX. Do they collect for other companies? I have an overdue Visa.

Zwicker & Associates does work with both Bank Of America and Sallie Mae and if you believe you have no debt to pay than your acct may have been placed there by accident, I have seen that happen our of error...Dont be scared to call and talk to them about reviewing the acct and seeing why they are calling you, plus if you really dont owe a debt then you wouldnt want this showing up on your credit report...

I am paying off a debt to these people and have been for about 2 years, yet every now and then i get a letter threatning that if i dont pay my debt a judgement will be taken out against me or i get all these phone calls - but i am paying them monthly, so i dont get it??
