No but technically you are falsifying a contract. If you read the receipt on a credit transaction or on your card contract, it states that when you are signing the receipt it is binding you to that payment. Stating that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the card & will pay it back. So when you are buying something on your card without intent to pay, you are breaking the contract.
Actually the lowest pay rate is 11 dollars an hour and I do have a college degree. The economy is bad like everyone keeps stating and it is hard to find a high paying job, but the different is I have bills to pay and I will do what I have to so they dont go into charge off status like everyone else.
so you all run up debt, then try to get out of repaying what is fairly owed? that is disgusting. Have some self-respect. Its losers like you who got us in this national credit crisis in the first place. then all you deadbeats try to squirm out of paying on your word. get a life and quit being deadbeat losers.
You would think so, but no. Unlike the normal pissant collection agencies, who love to throw around threats with no legal ground to stand on, this loan was from the federal government, so they can pretty much do whatever they want. Garnish my wages, intercept my tax returns, they even stole away my stimulus check, the only windfall that I have had in the past twenty years. Oh well. I only have one regret in life, and that was going to college. What a waste.
I am very sad to say these FXXXXXS don't call me anymore! Michelle must have been the one calling me all the time and now she is out on her [***] and now she can’t pay her debt! I just Messing around. I have looked over all the things people wrote about this company and it makes me smile that if we all stuck together we can all fight. Look the backs got bailed out! Wall Street got bailed out! People that don’t want to get off their [***] and get jobs get bailed out! So why the [***] can't we get bailed out? But people if you are reading what all these people have to say really look into it and just knowing that the government you voted for did this to you! It may not have been this year or next year but your parents and yourselves are the ones to blame! I am at the age now that I say [***] you credit cards. He is your loan???? [***] you 2. If we went back to the days were cash was the best way to buy none of this would happen to people. If the banks did not give loans to people that could not afford then the housing market might not have taken such a hard crash! So really who’s the blame here? The government or the people? So next time you see that handbag or that big screen TV ask yourself this? Do I really want the [***] calling me again? Do I want something that I am going to pay 1500X more in the long run to just have it NOW!!!! Now that all my bills are paid and I don’t have this place or anyplace calling me I can live my life in peace. I did before just did not answer my phone! Caller ID people. SO take care and I hope all works out.
Legal representation stops calls because of the power of attorney -- and that's all it does. Just because they're not calling you doesn't mean the debt magically disappears. You still owe the money and now that they can't contact you to resolve it voluntarily, you should expect a summons. Good luck.
I have worked for Zwicker & Associates Pc and I noticed that you said you have been getting calls from them and calling back and they keep asking for your ss#...In response I have worked the system and if you have a common name they have trouble finding you since they have so many accts so it is almost impossible to find it by name only especially if it is a spouses acct, therefore they ask for your ss# so they can find your acct quickly and accuratly that way they can get you to your case manager to help you try to get something worked out, they cannot located your acct by you telephone #...Also they do not have a calling list that you can be removed off of, they do have a dialer they can work from but if you have an acct with them then they have been retained by the original creditor...They have attrys in every state and if your acct has been placed there they are most likely looking to possibly file suit against you depending on the type of acct..Every phone line there is secure and recorded so my advice from working there & knowing they are legit is to call back & give them your ss# so they can located your acct that way the first time you know which acct they have is not when they have a judgement against you...Good luck & I wish you the best
Got a call from this number on both my home and cell, finally answered in which she said her name was Beth and she was calling on behalf of my old walmart card that was charged off after I made payment arrangements with them. She informed me that if I can't make payment arrangements with them, they will send a summons for a court appearance to me and confirmed my address without me telling her. I said well, I don't have any money and I won't until at least Feb next year, she said that was too late, I said well, I'll call you and let you know when I can pay anything AFTER I finishing reading this webpage about how your company harrasses and threatens people with lawsuits :)
