10 minutes ago "says they are Social Security and my number has been suspended due to suspicious activity"

Credit card scammer

As soon as I answered they hung up

this number stole my credit card and used it fraudulently.

Scam call saying that the Dept of Homeland Security had taken action against my name and if I want to avoid arrest and federal court I should press 1 to speak to an officer. *eye roll*

caller left no message. don't recognize caller.

Possible Fraud attempt - stated they where from Walmart

My answering machine picks up, but no message is left.

The phone rang when I answered a woman asked for my husband, Robert.

and then a recording, but forgot full name and full name of "agency" on the recording. As I hung up, I heard a mans' voice say hello."

They call, I hear background noise but no one answers.

There is never any sound on the line, therefore I cannot ask them to stop calling.

it's an automated JCP&L service informing you of a bill that's past due. If you're ever worried about a scam, just call the company direct and not the number they call you from

An African guy from "US financional department" wanted my address to send me financial aid for my business) And it was a call center

Supposedly Caribbean cruise line for vacation package. Obviously recorded message but couldn’t tell in the beginning and asked if I could hear her ok. Don’t say yes like I did. I’m sure I opened myself up for something. Ugh!

I’ve received this call 7 times over the last 3 days, twice today. They never leave a message

UPS Account 'executives' - they call people with existing UPS accounts to try and sell them on doing more business with UPS. A little pushy, but no more than the usual account-oriented sales people

They have called our number at least 10 times.
