i just received a call 3/15 in the pm and some man with heavy accent was trying to tell me he was from the hotline dept for computer techs because the computer i was using was showing a lot of error and malware messages. he wanted me to turn on my computer. told him that what he was stating was impossible. He would not give up and i had to hang up on him.
I got a call from that number today. A guy in a thick Indian accent saying something about my computer having problems and needing to check it. I just hung up.
I get calls from 123-456-7890, 312-345-6789, and 512-345-6789 almost on a daily basis. Anytime i've picked up no one is on the other line. I hear silence for about 30 seconds and then it disconnects. It's becoming a real annoyance.
Someone named "MIMI" left three messages saying if I did not respond immediately I would lose my eligibility for a reduced interest on my credit card although no credit card was specified!! She was persistent and left three messages in a short time span!!! This is in small town Langdon Alberta. Have instructed my children to never answer this number or any unknown number!!
I HAVE BEEN GETTING MANY OF THESE CALLS OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS.i HAVE PICKED UP AND GET NO ANSWER,PHONE APPEARS DEAD.
Received a call from this number at 12:22 pm when I answered the phone, I was told that I had a problem with my computer. When I told them that I didn't have a computer they hung up.
This number has called several times over the last couple of days. I usually don't pick up, but I'm so sick of them calling, I have started to. I have yet to actually have anything on the other end though. SOOO annoying!
even if you dont answer the b*stards they will leave a message ..something about lowering youre interest rates if you push 1...the thing is the message goes for about a minute..then you have to wait till it ends for you to delete the b*stards....I hope the darn phone conpanies relize this and block these numbers before they reach US.The number was 123-456-7890.
