Got a call today. Caller ID (on my home phone number) clearly stated "Amy Murphy". When I said hello, 'Amy Murphy' had an oddly male voice with a heavy Indian accent proceeded to try to tell me that my computers were infected with viruses and they were monitoring them...I found this amusing given that I have been in the cyber security industry for more than 20 years and this is total bs. Do not fall prey to this sort of scam folks. This is an old scam perpetuated by off shore entities in India..the authorities need to be made aware.

Received a call before 7am. They didn't leave a message. Tried calling back Ave got fast busy signal.

Call 3 times Nov 18, 2016 @ 8:49 am, Dec 2, 2016 @ 11:24, and today Jan 17, 2017. Didn't answer the first 2 time, answer the last time. So some one with Indian accent say is from Windows tech support, calling about my PC have been sending them message about computer virus, I have that functions turn off, so there is no way that Windows would get any error message from my PC. So I asked for the guy for his employee ID, name and where he is calling from, he told me his name is "Jack Anderson"...I think, calling from South Carolina, but the caller ID is showing the call from "Akron, OH". So I asked "Jack Anderson" I can't understand him, can you please tell me how to spell your name...he say it's "Jack Anderson", I asked him again...it is "Anderson or Henderson" I am having hard time understand you. So now he is telling me he doesn't understand what I am asking and keeping trying to ask me about my computer information. So some one from Windows tech support name "Jack Anderson" with Indian accent clam he is calling from SC but with "Akron, OH" phone # can't even spell his own name. I told him I will need his information and confirmation number in case I need to call back, he wouldn't tell me and told me to call back then hang up....yeah right!!!

Four calls already today, three yesterday. I don't answer and never a message. Scam

HA HA HA... Got the same call you did just now. Thanks so much! I knew better than to answer, but it's good to know that it was just SPAM again...

I tell them I have Apple Computer and they hang up right away.

Poor Amy Murphy has had her number cloned by the sorry assed lying scumbags with the "Microsoft scam".
