Called to say they were with a debt collection agency about my Sears account. We paid our Sears bill in full 2 weeks ago. I told her I thought it was a scam call as I am in good standing with them.She said, "Calm down, let me see if I have the right person." She gave me a November something 1974 birthday. I said, not mine. She said she had the wrong person. They called my cell phone.I think it was a phishing expedition looking for personal information.Grrrrr
they asked for someone, I said they had the wrong number, the woman asked for the person by their whole name, I said no, still wrong number, and then the rude witch hung up on me. I blocked it on my phone, hope that works.
Called, did not answer as number unknown. Showed up as message so called in for message...no message left. Just another Crank Caller.
they are calling for old dept collections like 6 yrs plus. i had an old bill that they are calling about but took care of it but they wont send me any information on the old dept. i still think its a scam and when i told them that they just said i was disputing the claim and would note it in the file.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
