I got a call from this number and the man asked for a Michael Lambert. Anyone know that name?
These people call me everyday, however, never leave a message........Portfolio is a collection company that buys debts that are over 6+ years old which is past the statute of limitations. Send a cease and desist letter by certified mail and keep a phone log of all calls then turn into the Federal Trade Commission
Portfolio Recovery? I called them back and asked them to please remove me from their calling list and they said they would. So glad to finally make some progress because I got this call often!
Thank you for mentioning driod filter. These people are trying to collect a debit from 12 years ago. Way past the statue since they never pursued it legally.

Second call in as many months from these clowns. Any debt they think I owe is past my state's statutes, so I don't answer. If I do happen to answer sometime, I'm going to be sure to tell them not to call me anymore, and I will sue if they do.
