Called my cell. I usually don't pick up when I can't recognize the caller. But I was waiting for a call from a company whose number could start with 888. So I picked up, but not sound.
They've started sending me emails about what "I" owe them. They must have just picked my email out on a whim because not only do I not owe anything, the name they're calling me isn't my name. It's an email account that I barely ever use, so unless they're just sending out emails to lots of different emails, hoping that someone will be scared enough to give them money, then I have no idea how they got it.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
