Called 3 times starting at 8:00 Saturday morning. Every half hour. The man, MARCUS, was very rude. He asked me if he had to speak Spanish for me to understand what he was saying and then threatened me by saying he was going to pull up my credit report on Monday and report me and before I could say any more, he slammed the phone down and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! By the way I was born in the United States and do not speak Spanish at all. Not even an accent.

They keep calling even though I've called them back to tell them I've never heard of the person they are looking for. Called them back twice in fact. I have no student loans. Never have. My wifes were paid off over a decade ago. Pretty darn annoying.

calls every hour or so. only allows my phone to ring once or twice, not giving me a chance to answer. thanks to this web site i know it's Sallie Mae harassing me. I like to see them ruin my credit. You can’t ruin what was ruined years ago. and the way Americas economy is now-a-days, a person with low credit scores can still get a loan.

Called me 17 times yesterday. I was at work and didn't have my cell phone. I looked up my Sallie mae info, and am not past due. Wish I could file a complaint with someone.

Please stop calling. The automated calls that I get several times every day, are becoming a problem at my place of employment. Please stop calling!!!!

same stuff happens to me, I get 4-5 calls a day from them asking for loan repayment, however I am always current. Tonight, I happened to answer the phone and was greeted with a very rude caller from Sallie Mae. I proceeded to rip her a new [***] about how it is harassment to send me over 5 calls a day when I am not past due on my student loans and the fact that I'm still in school.....

I'm not up to date on my payments to Sallie Mae. I do value your advice, I just don't always trust their who they say.

I've received calls on my answering machine from this place for a year. Most of the time there is a recorded message on my machine asking me to call them back. Other times there is no message. There must be a "clerical error" because I have never dealt with them and have no loans with them. Obviously a mix-up.
