Scam. Called saying I was being investigated by the Canadian government. I am American and I have never been to Canada. Asked for my social insurance number. Don’t know what that is.

It was a call from the IRS wanting to throw me in jail and they wanted my Social Insurance Number!! I laughed at them. They hung up!

This was a scam to obtain personal information

Call came from Ohio using a false number in Louisiana. When returned the call, got a recording saying the number was out of service.

The first part of the call was a "robo-caller" the second was a human.

They said they were from the social security administration and needed information, including a drivers license number.

Scam says Microsoft giving you a refund just provide your credit card and PII information.

When I ask them to put me on their do not call list, I get hung up on.

I will be blocking this number with my wireless provider as well.
