This is a zombie debt collection company that fraudulently misrepresents itself as a legal firm. They called my aged parents and harassed my 83 year old mother. I have not lived at their address for more than 20 years. They then called my cell phone and said they were a legal agency. The guy who called would not identify himself or his company's name when asked. He sounded totally fake on the phone and a real law firm would never call a person they were suing. They would send a legal summons or writ of tort. I hung up on the jerk. I have perfect credit and I had some outstanding debt over 10 years ago when my wife and I were going through some bad marital times. I'm not worried. I blocked their number on my cell phone, told my mother not to entertain them, sent a cease and desist letter, and filed a complain with the attorney general.

I'm glad I googled....LOLI had no clue who these people were or wanted....Scam ?My claim # 240312 to call back, free of charge....Thanks 1-888-416-4918ask for John Stevenson for English or Monica Reys for Spanish....such nice people.Thanks to who ever started this, it's great that people can exchange information in hopeof stopping these lazy [***] people from scamming someone. Credit smart bought a written off debt from Bank of America. Bank of America wrote off the debt as uncollectable years ago. This is just a scam to try to collect. They infered that they were filling a legal claim in the courts to collect that debt. It was $ 400 and they added $1900 in interest. They aren't going to get one dime from this wise ol' owl.Ignore these con artists and tell them to get a real job.

"CreditSmart" left a robot message for David Huntilla, (not even close to my name) and a different Toll-Free number than the one that called as well as case number for David to call back soon to prevent damage to his valuable credit score. Good luck David, if you call soon you can ask about their payment reduction plan!! LOL.

Do not answer this call. Collector and will not give information - just don't pick up and hopefully they will stop calling.

This the second time that i got a call from this number. They try to get Amparo Mendez and i don't know that person. My number is in do not call list.Persons name was Ana Garcia.

I too have received these phone calls. Robo voice saying they are trying to settle a debt with me through a national bail-out program and I need to contact them before Dec. 31st.

This number called me today stating that they were calling from PI Processing... her name was AMY.... and that we have a legal matter to deal with..... that I need to contact an attorneys office by 4pm... the Leavy and Stevenson Firm... at 888-416-4980...... and speak to Sara Leavy.... gave me a case number.... and stated that if we didnt call... it is being procesed through my county after 4... so , stupid me, calls back to see who answers the phone number that this AMY called from... and they didnt answer with a company name.... she answers with "Hello, is this ______" and stated my name.... so they have computer generated calls... the number that she called from was 631-247-9920...... All I can say to them is.... turn it in to whomever you need to... cause I dont do business over the phone... and I happen to know it is not a legal matter.... like jail type... hahaha... cause they dont call you... and BOUNTY HUNTERS ARE REAL..... so..... if they were such scary people that you have to worry about... they would be sending them out to get you... not stupid phone calls.... HAHAHAHAHA

People calling from this #(631247-9920) recently called about me about a 5 year old debt. and are claiming that if I don't pay I will be taken to court. This debt. came out of a divorce I had in that year ,and all I know is that if they are really going to sue me!!! Stop talking, and act upon your words people !!!!! I have all calls recorded and lets see who pays who!!!!!

They are breaking the FDCPA because they are not leaving the Fotti message which gives the mini miranda. They are also giving false or misleading information. They are not allot to tell you that there is a case pending if there isn't one. Google that. Sue this company every time you get a message that doesn't give you the name of the company and that they are calling about a debt. Trust me I'm in the collection business.
