Denied my request for written information, went to my accountant to discover that I do not even have their debt claim on my credit file.... SCAM. These people have been calling my family and myself about a past debt. They are even calling my ex-husband!!! WE HAVE BEEN DIVORCED FOR 17 YEARS! They have called my two sisters and brothers and my mother's house. Thank God she is in an assisted living and doesn't receive the calls. My Dad passed away on March 30th this year and the prognosis for my mom is not good, but you never know. THEY PEOPLE ARE HARRASSING ME AND MY FAMILY - which has a in arguments (which we do not need). THE STRESS WILL KILL ME AND WHEN IT DOES, MY SON WILL FIND OUT WHAT THEY WANT. THEY WILL NOT TELL ME! I AM HERE TO TELL EVERYONE THEY FIND OUT YOUR FAMILIES NAMES, PHONE NUMBERS AND WORK NUMBERS ON FACEBOOK. DO NOT POST THAT!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY WILL DRIVE ME TO MY GRAVE. Right now I am so upset.

I just want these people to leave me alone!

Have received several calls from this number talking about pre-legal action on an old account of mine. which mind you is only 254 dollars. PRE LEGAL ?? FOR 254 dollars?? PLEASE. when they called they would not state their name or the companies name and also would not disclose to me how they got my phone number, the caller also stated she would mail me something in writing, that has not happened as of today and I talked to this company probably 3 weeks ago or more. So help do I need to pursue this further or leave the "company" alone??

Why is there not some law or process to stop this kind of crap? I should be able to call the police, the police call this number and track it and shut them down, PERIOD.But no, we can't even block the call because Apple is stupid and doesn't put block option on iPhones. So instead I have to ignore/endure this stupid call every day. Not only do they call me, but now they got my wife's phone number and call her. They said I am about to be sued over something but of course can provide no information except "Call this number to pay and stop the charges"I'm so sick of it.

my husband received a call stating that he was the point of contact to reach me....that I had a $3000.00 balance due on a card that was going to civil court. I explained that I have not a a credit card in over 15 years.....and the address the papers were being served to wan not even my address. The representative asked if I had been a victim of identity theft in the past. i responded yes, hence the reason for no longer having a credit card. He stated that if I could send him any documentation on that, he could reduce my balance and stop the civil case. Ummmmm HELLO!!!!!!!!! it is not mine, I am not paying anything. Soooooo........I decide to Google the number that this person called from and find numerous complaints that this is a scam number trying to get money from people.
