They woke me up telling me I was about to sued!!!

i get a call everyday and have yet to answer, and will not call them back...my favorite was around tax return time the recording changed and said they had information that would get me more money back on my taxes...hello the same # keeps showing on the caller id, your not fooling anyone...

use a credit card to pay 33% of your debt, they are calling me a few times on most days

Same old thing, Sarah Levy, I asked them to stop calling and they stopped for a month or so then started againThey give out all your info to any family members. They are not an honest company. File a complaint against them or if you have the time a lawsuit for violating the FDCPA

Yes, these are the biggest pests I have ever met. They call me daily, often numerous times daily...and to my prepaid phone...using up my minutes. They claim that I owe them, but I do not know who they are, or what the debt is. When I ask for a manager, their name or address, etc....they just go back to threatening me with pre-legal action and that I am going to go to jail....if I do not give them a credit card number. I have to find a way to stop their harassment. I do not know how to report them, since all I have is a phone number. Does anyone else have any info on them, that I can use to report them?Thanks, Judi ju7w7w@gmail.com

These [***] call us on a daily basis- sometimes more- with their automated message about a debt for someone who DOESN'T LIVE HERE and who we have never been financially responsible for. I actually managed to press zero and get a live person a couple of times, and demanded that they remove our number from their database. But they then try to establish if this person is related to us, if we give this person messages, and when I say no they hang up on me. Then they keep calling. even when I screen out their calls I have to listen and delete them from my answering machine.

Congrats on the Job... same thing here... I did my own investigating..and they come up as several different companies, at different locations... etc... but they DO NOT EXIST.. I did the online disputing thing and low and behold.. they disappeared off of my credit report.. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO STOP...

Called and said I was about to get a lawsuit filed against me.Said the law firm was Sarah Levy and John Stevenson.I was told Sarah and John are in L.A. wonder if anyone else has asked where Sarah and John are.Funny thing is this woman says she is going to send in the papers for the law suit.Good Grief! It is almost laughable.She also told me when I asked what company she was calling from :PI Processing.

I wanted to say after finding you site yesterday, and doing some further complaining against this company....I may have had some luck....as NO call from them today...for the first time in months!! I may be counting my blessing too soon though.I reported them to the FCC, to their phone carrier Teleport Communications in NY, to the Do Not Call Registry, finally the BBB. I can't hardly believe that I have had luck so quickly...but one can hope. Try it for yourself...you can take care of all of this with online forms or by phone. Good luck.
